Encore e-Bis finance and accounting software offers a range of accounting software for small to medium sized businesses.

Available in standard or specialised versions for a wide range of business types, including facilities for wholesale / distribution, manufacturing companies and a version catering for jewellers.

All versions are multi-currency and provide integrated ledger, stock control and order processing functionality with additional modules for bill of materials and manufacturing, contact management (CRM) and EPOS, to name but a few.

Encore contains features often not found in much more expensive systems, such as secondhand VAT, an integrated web shop for online ordering, and intrastat reports.  These features take Encore well beyond book keeping and into ERP.

Encore-eBis for Jewellers is the only complete Jewellery Business Management System for retail, wholesale and manufacturing.

Fully integrated with accounts and stock control, it has been developed in conjunction with a number of leading jewellers. Sales, purchase and nominal ledgers, together with the sales and purchase order capabilities and comprehensive stock control, all provide the jeweller with an invaluable management tool. Point-of-sale is also available within the system, so specialist EPOS hardware can be incorporated into your complete solution. Tag / label printing is specifically supported.

Repairs are also dealt with via a simple yet sophisticated module that links to the sales ledger, point of sale and business inventory.

Additional features are available within the system, including second hand VAT calculations, approvals and customer relationship management (CRM).
